I have an iPhone 6s. I tried turning off sound enhancement, changing the volume so I could hear better, changing the speaker to play in mono. I tried resetting the phone and even disconnected them and then reconnected them. None of these work. I'm at my wit's end.

While my phone is charging, I'm on a Bluetooth headset. If I touch any button on the headset, the sound will stop. This video shows that the touch error is on the volume button on the phone. If I do a Factory reset, the video stops. I connected the phone to the charging cradle and walked it around the house. Every time I stopped the video with the BT headset, the sound stopped. This is consistently reproducible.

i have a MacBook Pro, and the connected bluetooth headset will not register the headset as connected. I can hear the headset, but the volume control does nothing. I have tried connecting the headset to different outlets such as the apple charging port, a usb port, a docking station, and an external usb sound card. None of these work.

I have a friend's iPhone 7, and she cannot use her earphones. Both the phone & the speakers are working fine, she cannot hear anything. Not even when talking to someone right next to her. I tested the phone, and it's fine. She also cannot adjust the volume using the earpiece buttons on the phone. She can though, ok she can adjust the ring tone though...
